Our Gift shop is in the reception area, you can buy all the museum’s publications as well as a selection of local history books, pictures, craft items and souvenirs.
The museum is fully accessible for people with disabilities,with a wheelchair lift on the stairs, a large toilet and a hearing loop available for talks and walks.
Toilets and Refreshments
Toilets are available on the first floor, but there are no refreshment facilities. There is a cafe in the Town Hall, just a few yards away, and several in Congleton’s shopping centre, which is about two minutes walk. Please ask at reception for details.
Entry to Congleton Museum is free! However, the Museum depends on income from membership and gifts and donations from visitors. Please donate generously to ensure that the museum and the local heritage is preserved for this and future generations. Suggested donation £2.
