Walk – The Importance of Water

August 2 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

£3.50 – £6

Water has been important in the development of Congleton as both a means of transport and an industrial resource for the tanning and textile trades. The provision of drinking water and an effective sewage disposal system was still concerning the town as late as the 1960’s.
